He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel John and Phyllis John (Carrozza); his brother David John; and his granddaughter Malia Simone. He is survived by: his wife Margarita John (Razo) of Kansas City, MO; his son Patrick John (Arnold Brown) of Marietta, GA; his stepchildren, Theresa George and Tim George; and his siblings, Danny John, Rene John and Mary Louise John. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren, one niece, four nephews, 3 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home (208 N 5th St, Atchison, KS 66002).
