We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2025, at the age of 83, Annie Lea Hoy of Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Annie Lea Hoy to pay them a last tribute.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Annie had on those she encountered along her journey. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Delbert and Rhoda Brown (Rice); her siblings, Donald Brown and Janice Janecek (Brown); and her husband Kenneth Hoy Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Charmaine Coonce, Laura King, Kathleen Moore and DeDe Stodden; and her sister Gloria Kuecker. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Therese Catholic Church (7207 MO-9, Kansas City, MO 64152).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Parkville Women's Clinic and may be left in care of the Meyers Northland Chapel in Parkville.
