She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Lee and Opal Elizabeth Burks (Motzkus); her husbands, Warren John Wolven and Alexander Rodriguez; and her siblings, Chester Ross Burks, Laura Simmons, Betty Marshall, Dorthea Dyas, Clifford Burks, James Burks, Margaret Lambert and Marion Burks.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hughey (Jerry) of Kansas City, MO, Charles Wolven (Darla) of Plattsburg, MO, Doug Wolven (Sherri Duncan) of Kansas City, MO, Charlene Darnell (Robert) of Olathe, KS, Brad Jackson (Mellonie) of Independence, MO, Bernadette Ann Rodriguez, Erica Elaine Rodriguez Bradley and Alexia Rodriquez Cerrillo; her grandchildren, Amanda Hohensee, Alexis Hope Wolven, Elizabeth Marie Lamb, John Charles Wolven II, Christopher Warren Wolven, Linda Renee Florez, Wesley Warren Darnell and Baylee Duzenberry; and her great grandchildren, Emily Allison Balentime, Mayuko Reiko Jean Lamb, Benjiro Maurice Allen Lamb, Cecillia Rose Florez, Alexandira Ana-Maria Florez, Warren Jay Wolven, Erin Wolven, CJ Florez and Elijah Florez.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Plattsburg (501 W Broadway St, Plattsburg, MO 64477). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
