He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Choat; and his wife Kathryn Sue Davis. He is survived by: his children, Billy Ray Choat (Kimberly) and Vicky Lynn Cowart (Ralph Jr.). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
