He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Byron and Minnie Frances Pendleton; his parents-in-law, Congetta and Thomas Malaponti; his sister Geraldine; and his siblings-in-law, Dean McKee, Sam, Carmeline Malaponti, Joe, Barbara Malaponti, Tony, Val Malaponti, Carl Malaponti, Mary, Dominick DiGirlamo, Lucy, Larry Arthur, Charlie Malaponte, Yvonne, Louie Malaponti and Nancy Crist.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Pendleton (Malaponte); his children, Frank Pendleton (Leslie), Mary Morgan (Tom) and Byron Pendleton, Jr. (Kate); his sister-in-law Margaret Malaponte; and his grandsons, Frank Pendleton, Jr., James Pendleton, Thomas Morgan, Addison Hunziker, Byron Pendleton III, Robert Pendleton and Timothy Morgan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
