It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene Agnes Willis of Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Boan and Mary Boan (Renner); her son James Locascio; her brother Bill Boan; and her brother-in-law Walt Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Willis; her children, Russ Locascio (Brenda), Kathy Spiegelhalter (Mike) and Lora Locascio; her siblings, Patricia Spurgeon (Tom), Charles Boan (Jackie), Harold Boan (Ruth), Margaret Smith and Ruth Fairbanks (Steve); and her sister-in-law Mary Boan. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
