He was predeceased by: his father Charles Frank. He is survived by: his former wife Ellen Lorene Lillard; his daughter Angel Hamilton (Chris) of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings, Dane Scott (Terry) of DeKalb, IL, Kim Scott (Darlene) of Lafayette, LA, Rita Rhoades (Steve) of Bosworth, MO and Sherry Jacobs (Keith) of West Allis, Wisconsin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
