He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Mullen and Laveta Mullen (Burdett); his siblings, Eddy, Jimmy, Bill, David, Kenneth, Larry, Rodney, Bessie, Penny, Patricia Spurlin and Mary; and his great grandchildren, London Jade and Maddie Lee Ayres.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Mullen (Madeline), Beverly Stuteville and Donna Ishmael (John); his children, Lisa Mullen (Mark Burdick), Colleen Curtin (Mike), Sharla Koller (Scott), Shawna Lancaster, Richonda Davis and Charles Lee, Jr. (Theresa); and his grandchildren, Billie Mullen (Kristina), Jami Gentry (Heath), Logan Sullins, Cheyenne Clarke (Daniel), Kenneth Bruno (Tina), Kaleena Hines, Kyle Williamson, LeeAnn Koller, Joshua Ayres (Stephanie), Chance Ayres, Jared Ayres (Colby), Jennifer May, Jessica Hatmon, Jazmine Melton (Curtis), Heather Macon (Will), Matthew Johnson, Britney Smith Stimach (Laine), Lorian Duncan, Patrick Mullen, Kandase Mullen and Dawson Mullen. He is also survived by forty-five great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.
