She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Phipps and Phyllis Phipps (Cain); her children, Richard M. Vaughan Jr. (Kourtney), Kathleen S. Kinsella (AJ) and Thomas E. Vaughan (Robyn); her grandchildren, Eila, Jane, Jillian, Everett and Cameron; her sister Vicky A. Hart; and her husband Richard.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Chapel Funeral Home (6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM.
In addition to flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
