She was predeceased by: her husband John Kelley; her parents, Warren Martin and Elizabeth "Ann" Martin; her brothers, Michael Luce and Paul Martin; her nephew Eric Martin; and her grandson Matthew "Tommy" Thomas Fetters.
She is survived by: her children, April Wilbanks, Katherine Burge and Thomas "TJ" Burge (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Avery Wilbanks, Serenity Burge and Erika Burge; her niece Rebecca Raya; and her nephew Christopher Martin.
