She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cohn and Hortense Cohn. She is survived by: her brother J. B.; her husband Errol Copilevitz; her children, Clay Howard Copilevitz of Des Plaines and Dr. Cori Copilevitz Passer (Sam Passer) of Overland Park, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Harper and Murray; and her siblings-in-law, Patti Cohn, Bruce and Kay Copilevitz. She is also survived by nephews and nieces, and so many dear friends.
