He was predeceased by: his parents, Aileen Bowlen and Pat Bowlen; his siblings, Vincent Bowlen and Jean Warnken; his son Ronnie Bowlen; his grandchild Baby Penn; his sons, TJ Price and Allen Perryman; and his pets, Buster and Junior.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Bowlen; his children, Marcie Teenor, Donnie Bowlen, Dana Penn (Robert) and Becky Bowlen; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Erin, Nicole, Kelsey, Jesse, Emily, Justin, Haiden, Cameron, Landon, Dalton and Andrew. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heartland Cremation & Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
