He was predeceased by: his father Walter Burress. He is survived by: his mother Martha Burress of Kansas City, MO; his wife Carol Burress; his children, Angel Burress of Oregon, Robyn Hanson (Joel) of Colorado, Alisha Macha (Nick) of Lee's Summit, MO and Rocky Burress (Solenice) of Oregon; and his siblings, Diane Caudillo (Joe) of Kansas City, MO and Dan Phipps (Shawna) of Garden City, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northland Cathedral (101 NW 99th St, Kansas City, MO 64155). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
