He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Franklin Earl Myers and Emogene Elizabeth Myers; his children, Taylor Nicole and Ryan Avery; his wife Jessica Myers; his siblings, Donna McClaughry (Bradley) and John Myers; and his sister-in-law Amanda Fisher (Forrest).
