He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Troutman and Marilyn Troutman. He is survived by: his brother Richard Troutman; and his sister-in-law Ocena Troutman. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home (104 Church St, Smithville, MO 64089).
