She was predeceased by: her father Otis Pinkerton; her siblings, Carolyn Hersman and Mike Pinkerton; and her former husband Les Anderson. She is survived by: her mother Mary Lou Pinkerton (Smith); her sons, Sam Anderson (Becky) and Charlie Anderson; her grandsons, Mikey, Wesley and Fire Anderson; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Hersman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.

The family requests any monetary donations be made to The National Kidney Foundation in honor of Deann.
