She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ceola Williams of Chicago, IL, Larry Burns of Kansas City, MO. and Turner Lee Bartley of Kansas City, MO.. She is survived by: her children, Fredrick Bartley, Antonio Bartley and Latricia Bartley; her daughter-in-law Donnice Mitchell; her granddaughter Nevaeh Bartley; her siblings, Vernon Burns, John Calvin Burns, William Bartley, Jr. and Rosevelt Bartley; her sisters-in-law, Mary Bates and Christie Burns; and her nephews, Clinton Wiley and Melvin Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
