We are sad to announce that, on October 20, 2025, at the age of 57, Duane James Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Johnson and Shirley Tate Johnson; his wife Kristina Bowers; his son Brandon Bowers; his sister Jackie Johnson; his son-in-law Dominique Humphrey; and his grandsons, Kameridaun Williams and Kaderiaun Jones.

He is survived by: his children, Keri Johnson, Kasi Johnson and Dusty Black; his daughter-in-law Judith Lopez (Luis); his grandchildren, Jaylianna, Brandon, Kamariaun, Lillian, Kamdynn, Raelyn, Carmen, Kingstyn and Mateo; his great grandchild Giovonie; and his close friends, Lisa Walden, Jim Lewis, Tarica Burton and Missy Miller.
