She was predeceased by: her stepfather James L. Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Harold Rose; her children, Kenny Johnson and Marilyn Dill (Jabari); and her sister Marilyn Pollard. She is also survived by grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church (4000 Harrison St, Kansas City, MO 64110).
