He is survived by: his son Jeff Miller; his daughter-in-law Helen of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Emily and Steven; his great grandchild Keeley; his daughter Anne VanGarsse (Miller); his son-in-law Jason VanGarsse of Clovis, California; and his grandchildren, Catherine, Michael and Caroline. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
