With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frankie P. Ruth of Kansas City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 13, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frankie P. Ruth to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cox and Effie Cox; her husband Richard Ruth; her daughter Rhonda; her brothers, Monroe Cox, W. F. Cox, Richard Cox and Joe Cox; and her nieces, Francis Hossman and Carol Higgenbothem (Bud).
She is survived by: her son Ray Ruth (Dawn); her grandchildren, Ryan Ruth and Sarah Taylor (David); and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Miles, Luke and Teagan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Royer Funeral Home (100 Royer Ln, Grain Valley, MO 64029). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society.
