He is survived by: his wife Lisa Sample; his daughters, Stacie Forest (Lee Forest) of Denton and Carie Harrison (Clayton Harrison) of Durango; his stepson Bobby Taylor of Chicago Illinois; and his grandchildren, Meghan Farmer (Brent), Corbin Forest (Lyanne), Kasey Pantell (Matt), Kalei Forest, Garrett Coleman (Gina) and Makenna Teel (Andrew) of Durango Colorado.
