He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian White; his parents, Alva Wilford and Margaret Catherine Baker (Gibbons); his stepchildren, Michael E. Scott and Kelly Packham-Berkstresser; and his siblings, Joyce McKenzie and Delbert Baker.
He is survived by: his son Edward Baker (Jennifer Baker); his brothers, Harold Baker and Larry Baker; his granddaughters, Jennifer L. Sager, Sandra L. Miller, Yasmin Scott, Sophia Sager and Holly Packham-Berkstresser; Zaneta Yanez (Rudy Yanez). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
