He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Bunch and Neda Bunch. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Bunch; his daughters, Sarah Bunch and Amy Holder; his granddaughters, Natalie Denlinger (Johnny) and Alexandra Holder; and his sister Donna Sharkey (Gary).
