He was predeceased by: his mother Delma; his sister Guthrie-Campbell; and his father Robert "Bob" Campbell. He is survived by: his daughter Bethany Chiba of Japan; his siblings, Clint, Chris Campbell and Shelly Weaver of Florida; and his close friends, Felicia, Donna and Bing.
