He is survived by: his wife Michele Markel; his daughters, Beth Liss (Michael) of Kansas City and Danna Kriser (Matt) of Highland Park, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ella, Jack, Alex Kriser, Zachary and Drew Liss; and his brother-in-law Jay Markel (Carey).
A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM, at 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM.
