He is survived by: his cousin Paul Cardell Mikell of Mississippi; his wife Ethel Johnson Arbuthnot; his stepdaughter Michelle T. Johnson; his nephew Raphael Arbuthnot; his niece Jeron "Trice" Marshall; and his godchildren, Jaiden Goode, Wyatt Tinnen and Jordyn Goode. He is also survived by family; and a host of dear friends.
