James Anthony Macari Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Anthony Macari (Kansas City, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, James Anthony shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James Anthony farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Macari and Audrey Macari (Ayers); his daughter Diana Lynn; his wife Iona Reuscher (Baby); and his sister Marjorie.

He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Kimbrell; and his granddaughters, Missy and Christy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
