He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Barnett and Edna Barnett; his siblings, Glen Dean, Ronald Ray and Ruth Morgan; and his daughter Lori.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Jackson; and his children, Gene and Robin. He is also survived by family grew to include seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
