We announce the death of Janelle Lea Bode (Kansas City, Missouri), who passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 64. Janelle will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Dillard and Luella "Charmain" Dillard (Coy). She is survived by: her husband Stephen R. Bode; her daughter Christina L. Fulks (Jason Fulks); her granddaughters, Sophia and Vivian; her son Zachary Bode (Kailey Bode); her grandchildren, Kamden, Charlie and Chase; her uncle Alvin "Jack" Dillard; and her aunt Sherlyn Kimsey. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
