He was predeceased by: his father Jay Wolfe. He is survived by: his wife Jeanna Wolfe; his children, Wendy Nash (David), Brad Wolfe (Claire) and Alexis McCurdy (Cash); his stepchildren, Skylar Hughes (Drew) and Mason Wilke; his close friend Cindy Tucci (Bob); and his sister Cindy. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The University of Kansas Health System to the Jeff Wolfe Memorial Fund benefiting the cancer program.
