It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Finlay of Kansas City, Missouri, born in Hallsville, Missouri, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard and Carrie Elizabeth McMinn Roberts; and her significant other John W. Finlay (Jack). She is survived by: her children, Kent Finlay (Marjorie) of Centralia, Cara Finlay of Albuquerque, NM and John R Finlay (Melissa) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Rosanne Palacios (Jose), Royace Finlay (Teri), Ray Finlay (Suzanne), Kalin Finlay, Cady Finlay and Caris Finlay; and her great grandchildren, Lila, Jack Finlay, Leonardo, Bianca Palacios, Knox and Colton Finlay. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
