He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Adair and Jane M. Adair (Haskins); and his stepsister Virginia C. Lyman. He is survived by: his siblings' children, Douglass J. Adair (Juan A. Casás) of Atchison, KS, Alexander W. Adair of Costa Mesa, CA, Kevin H. Adair of Bettendorf, IA and Amy A. Zuniga (Fred) of La Mirada, CA; his sisters-in-law, Marsha A. Adair of Atchison, KS and Vicki L. Adair of Davenport, IA; his stepbrother Potter H. Carroll of Westborough, MA; his stepmother Grace S. Adair; and his brothers, Bruce D., Paul H. and William A. Adair.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Mt. Vernon Cemetery and may be sent in care of the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements.
