He is survived by: his wife Anne Mandacina (LaBruzzo); his brother Joe Phil Mandacina (Gina); his siblings-in-law, Teresa Spino (Anthony) and Nick LaBruzzo (Maria); his children, Teresa Mange (Michael), Joe Victor and John Anthony II (Annamarie); and his grandchildren, Larry Mandacina (Nicole), Joanna Livingston (Cody), Rosemary Martino (Johnny), Kristopher Mandacina, Antonia "Nina" Mange, Michael Mange Jr., Isabella Mandacina and John Mandacina III. He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces, nephews.
