He is survived by: his wife Rosalind Boehm (Pisciotta); his children, Lauren Wheeler (Chris) and Josh Boehm (Alladson); his grandchildren, Ava and Hudson Wheeler; his parents, Juli Ann Boehm and Jay Boehm (Toni); his sisters, Kimberly Boehm (Derby), Allison Boehm (Steve), Amanda Boehm and Michelle Ivy (Robert); and his brothers-in-law, Frank Pisciotta, Sam Pisciotta and John Pisciotta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to St. Therese Catholic Church.
