He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brancato and Margaret Brancato (Oddo); his in-laws, Dominick and Mamie Begulia-Cuccia; his stepmother-in-law Anna Palmisano Cuccia; his siblings-in-law, Sal and Rose Esther Cuccia; and his daughter-in-law Marie Fontana Brancato.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Cuccia Brancato; his children, Joe Vic (Denise), Dominic, Margie Watson (Rick), Frank (Vicki) and Anthony; his sister Mary Sue Brancato; his siblings-in-law, Joe and Francesca Cuccia; his grandchildren, Joseph, Marie (Joe), Joe Frank (Jordan), Victor (Tanner), Annamarie (Chuck) and Lucia (Stephen); his nieces, Donna Dernosek, Antoinette Stone and Margo Defeo; his nephew Dominic Cuccia; and his close friend John Gurera of Las Vegas, Nevada.. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
