We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2025, at the age of 67, Joseph Jekel (Kansas City, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Joseph leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father German. He is survived by: his friends, Bruce, Debby Bratman, Mark, Cathy Allen, Andrew Horseman, Steve Bancroft, Douglas, Patty McConnell and Alan Cohen.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (8251 Hillcrest Rd, Kansas City, MO 64138).
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Jewish Family Services.
