She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Thompson and Nona Thompson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mount Moriah Cemetery South (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131).
