He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Olive and Rose Bush; his wife Stephene Olive; and his daughter Julie Olive. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Ross (Tony) of Pleasant Hill, MO; his stepdaughter Keri Swartz of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Dylan Ross (Tori) of Kansas City, MO and Taylor Ross (Chesley Hull) of Columbia; his stepgrandson Alex Estrada; and his great grandchild Hazel Hull. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
