He is survived by: his parents, Chris Brock and Tracy Brock of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Kagen Sterling Brockman of Excelsior Springs, MO, Sydney Paige Brockman of Atlanta, GA, Christopher Alan Brock II (Ashanti) of Platte City, MO and Alli Cameron Strehlow (Grant) of Kansas City, MO.; his grandparents, Jane Evans of Lawson, MO, Robert Cave of Excelsior Springs, MO, Dallas and Vicki Brock of Kearney, MO; his birth father Eric Brockman of Moberly, MO; his aunts and uncles, Tammy Dolt of Kansas City, MO, Terri (Rodney Mellon), Kelly (Bryan Briggs), Tony Brock of Nixa, MO, Scott Baker of Independence, MO and Elizabeth (Willard Ingersoll); his cousins, Alex (Paige), Adam (Emilly), Madison, Braxton Mellon, Harper, Zane Dolt, Ben, Beau, Isla Jane, Kayce Mellon, Skyler Ingersoll, Valen Bowen, Oliver Smith, Trinity Ryals (Caden), Gracey, Destiny, Brayden Briggs, Amanda and Haley Ingersoll; and his siblings' children, Brantley, Cash and Aubrey Brockman.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Kearney (925 State Rte 92, Kearney, MO 64060). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the North New Garden Cemetery. After graduation, he worked with By the Blade Landscaping in Parkville, MO, and later at Hy-Vee on 64th Street, where he held several positions including Aisles Online during the pandemic and Backroom Manager.
Kessler's final act was one of extraordinary generosity — through organ donation, he gave the gift of life to three people.
