He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hay and Aletha Hay (Buckingham); and his siblings, Judy Rhea and David Hay. He is survived by: his significant other Corvette; his son Bryan Hay (Hadley) of Allardt, Tennessee; his grandsons, Brenden Hay, Caleb Hay and Cameron Hay; and his nephew Matthew Rhea.
