He was predeceased by: his godmother Suzi Roth. He is survived by: his parents, Danette Roth (Duvall) and John S. Roth; his siblings, Gretchen Roth, Renee Roth and Jackson Roth; and his grandparents, Jane, Don Duvall, Jr., Kathy and Tom Roth, Jr.. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
