She was predeceased by: her father Derek Lee Cook; her grandparents, Galen, Sherry Harper and James Hutchinson; and her great-grandparent Faye Jeffries.

She is survived by: her mother Lisa Ann Cook (Hutchinson); her siblings, Conner Lee Cook, Chris McQuegge (Erin) and Morgan Dowdy (Mitch); her grandmother Beverly Davies; her nieces and nephews, Aiden, Austin, Cooper, Rae Lynn, Allie and Stella; her aunt Ereka Copeland (Craig); her uncle Repps Goodson; and her cousins, Andrew, Olivia Copeland, Drake and Tinsley Goodson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel (1610 N Garth Ave, Columbia, MO 65202). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
