He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Jeanette Eichmann; his parents, Lee H. Eichmann Sr. and Marie Barnes Eichmann; his siblings, Nadine, Virginia, Betty, Tom, Russell and Bill; and his grandson Jacob Masters.
He is survived by: his son Mark Eichmann; his daughter-in-law Leslie Eichmann; his grandsons, Joshua and Jeremy Masters; his great grandchildren, Haleigh Thompson (Kyle), Veronica Masters, Victoria Masters, Sky Johnson (Jon), Kaelyn Johnson, Remy Masters, Jace Masters and Evangeline Masters; and his great great grandchild Akari Kei.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (7500 Oak St, Kansas City, MO 64114). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (20109 Bus, MO-13, Higginsville, MO 64037).
