He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Horn and Vadeus Horn; and his daughter Georgette Mann. He is survived by: his wife Adeline "Addie" Horn; his children, Loyd "Dino" Horn and Debbie Davis; and his grandchildren, Christopher Mann, Abigail Davis, Luke Davis, Joseph Davis, Sophia Davis, Brody Horn and Hannah Horn.
