It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marcella Louise Zerr (Kansas City, Missouri), who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mary and Anton Clem Zerr (Tony); and her siblings, Eldon Anthony Zerr, Jerald Lee Zerr, Anton Clem Zerr (Buddy) and Mary Ann Sharpley.
She is survived by: her significant other Tamara Ewing; her siblings, Kris Zerr (Kay) of Denver, CO and Linda Sue Hillis of Dallas, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Deanna (Eldon) and Harvey Sharpley (Mary Ann). She is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces; many close and loving friends.
Upon high school graduation she entered the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth (SCL) where, as Sister Marie Anton, she taught in many SCL elementary and middle schools for 18 years.
