He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayford E. Lewis and Hilda L. Jackson Lewis; and his siblings, Raymond Lewis, Robert E. Lewis and Hilda Ray Lewis Foster (Donna).
He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Lewis, Willa Lewis Cavole, Beverly Lewis Ayers, Sheryl Lewis Judkins (Gary) and Tommy Lewis; and his brother-in-law Clarence Blaylock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapel (1800 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64109).
