She was predeceased by : her husband Ferdinand James Plack Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Fred Plack Jr. (Tom), James Plack, Mary K. Miller (David), Jackie Pelling (Dan) and Melinda Buerky (Darrell). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to NorthCare Hospice House.
