We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2024, at the age of 78, Michael Paul Newcomer of Kansas City, Missouri, born in Hays, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Newcomer and Jean Newcomer (Schwartzkopf); his wife Janet Kay Newcomer (Kufahl); his son Eric Michael Schweiger (Newcomer); and his sibling's children, Andrew Newcomer and Cindy Kufahl.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Dawn Newcomer; his grandson Marcus Michael Newcomer-Madden; his siblings, Steven Brent Newcomer and Paula J. Newcomer; his cousin Ron Simon; and his close friend Jack Lonsinger.
Donations to his church Northminster Presbyterian Church are requested in his honor; he was a Deacon, an Elder, in the church choir, and active in the church in several other ways.
