He is survived by: his wife Ashley Michele Cunningham; his children, Christopher David Blair of Lone Jack, Missouri, Macee Alexis Blair of Chicago, Victoria Rose Blair of Raymore, Missouri and Auttum Grace Blair of Raymore, Missouri; and his grandsons, Kolton Lucas and Jaxon Lee. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
